We want everyone to be able to use this website, with or without assistive technology. If something gets in your way, let us know.

This is a translation of the Portuguese version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Standard followed

The website is built with the goal of meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, and the Brazilian standard ABNT NBR 17225:2025, under the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law 13,146/2015, art. 63).

2. What is already in place

  • a "Skip to content" link at the start of every page;
  • correct language on each version (Portuguese, English, Spanish and Chinese) and language switching on the same page;
  • full keyboard navigation with visible focus;
  • alternative text on images and accessible names on tool logos;
  • support for the system's reduced motion setting: animations, smooth scrolling and scroll-driven sections are turned off;
  • a button to pause the animated strip;
  • zoom enabled and a layout that adapts to screens from 320 px wide;
  • reviewed color contrast on text.

3. Known limitations

  • On mobile, the "Lab" and "How it works" sections advance as the page scrolls. With reduced motion turned on, they become regular horizontal scrolling and tabs.
  • The partner search by ZIP code depends on the public BrasilAPI and ViaCEP services. If they are down, the search does not work; in that case, reach us through the contacts below.
  • Testing with mobile screen readers (VoiceOver and TalkBack) is still in progress.

4. How we evaluate

Internal evaluation on September 17, 2026: automated tests with axe-core (WCAG 2.2 AA rules), keyboard-only navigation, 320 px width and the reduced motion setting. We fixed the contrast, markup and width issues found.
