1. Who we are and what these terms are

The customiza027.com.br website is operated by ETX Personalizados Ltda., CNPJ (Brazilian company ID) 51.452.087/0001-79, headquartered in Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil ("Customiza027", "we").

These terms apply to anyone browsing the website ("you"). How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. What the website is for

The website presents Customiza027's marketing services and makes it easy to contact us via WhatsApp and email. The website does not sell services online.

  • Information about services, examples and FAQs is general.
  • Scope, deadlines and prices are binding only when set out in a signed proposal or contract.
  • The examples on the service pages were created to explain the work and do not describe delivered projects or achieved results.
  • We do not guarantee results such as sales, revenue, search rankings, approval of ads or products by platforms, or appearing in answers from artificial intelligence assistants.

3. Replies through our contact channels

Replies given through our channels (WhatsApp, email and social media) are for information only. Proposals, contracts, prices and deadlines are binding only in writing, issued by a Customiza027 representative.

4. "Write your message" form

The form does not send data to the website. It drafts the text and opens your WhatsApp or email app, and nothing is sent until you confirm in your app.

5. Partner network (directory)

  • Who is listed: the partners page lists independent companies that have authorized in writing the publication of their name, logo and contact details.
  • Direct hiring: when you request a quote, the conversation, negotiation and hiring happen directly between you and the partner. Customiza027 does not take part, does not handle payments and is not a party to that contract.
  • Partner responsibility: each partner is solely responsible for its own quotes, deadlines, products, services, deliveries, warranties and for the processing of the data you send to it. This does not remove any consumer rights granted by law.
  • What a referral means: referrals follow Customiza027's internal criteria and are not a guarantee of price, quality or results.
  • Distance and ZIP code: the distance is approximate and based on the ZIP code (CEP) you type, looked up in public services (BrasilAPI and ViaCEP). Results may be inaccurate.
  • Outdated information: let us know at contato@customiza027.com.br. Partners may ask to be removed from the page at any time.

6. Intellectual property

  • Our brand: the Customiza027® trademark, the fingerprint symbol, logos, texts, pieces, layout, music, audio signatures and all other website content are protected by intellectual property law.
  • Not allowed: copying, reproducing, modifying or using this content for commercial purposes without written authorization.
  • Allowed: sharing links to the website's pages.
  • Third-party brands: names and logos of tools, platforms and partners belong to their respective owners. They appear only to indicate technologies we use or authorized companies and do not imply an official partnership, sponsorship or endorsement, unless expressly stated.

7. Acceptable use

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Vitória, Espírito Santo, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's place of residence where the law guarantees it.
